Kick off the holiday season in unforgettable fashion as UTC’s signature Santa’s Grand Arrival Parade fills North Cattlemen Road with color, music, and pure holiday magic. This beloved annual celebration features giant helium balloons, fantastical floats, marching bands, dance troupes, and a special Veterans Day tribute honoring local heroes.

At twilight, watch in awe as Nik and Lijana Wallenda perform their daring high-wire tree-lighting act, illuminating the towering 50-foot UTC Christmas tree in a moment that captures the spirit of the season. The festivities continue with Santa’s grand entrance, a brilliant fireworks finale, and a lively after-party concert on The Green.

This free community event attracts thousands each year, transforming the entire UTC district into a family-friendly street festival. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for the best viewing spots, enjoy nearby dining and shopping, and take advantage of parking at UTC and Nathan Benderson Park. Portions of North Cattlemen Road will be closed during the event for safety and staging.
