Farm to Fillet at Mote combines a chef-prepared outdoor lunch with exclusive behind-the-scenes access to Mote’s Aquaculture Research Park. Guests will hear from Mote scientists about sustainable aquaculture, fisheries enhancement, coral restoration, and efforts to address red tide before exploring the research campus. The culinary experience is led by Chef Paul Mattison and offers a meaningful look at science and sustainability in our region.
